Cognitive Hypnotherapy

Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern, evidence-based approach that uses a variety of techniques from different disciplines, including Positive Psychology, Evolutionary Psychology, and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP).

It focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs held within the subconscious mind, which often contribute to emotional and behavioural challenges. 

I tailor my approach to each client’s specific needs, using a bespoke programme of tools and techniques responding to your unique experiences. 

Coaching

I believe passionately that each and every one of us has remarkable talents and gifts.

Too often though, our life experiences have caused us to dim our light, to doubt ourselves, to play smaller than our potential. 

With over 19 years of experience in the cultural sector and a particular specialisation in supporting those from diverse and under-represented backgrounds, my mission is to help you overcome challenges, build confidence, and unlock your full potential in both your personal and professional life.
