About

Growing up on an inner city council estate in a dual heritage family, I was shaped by both the rich diversity and challenges of my community.

From an early age, I saw what it’s like to navigate the world when you don’t feel like you belong – when your background, identity, or circumstances leave you feeling like an outsider. I know the toll it takes to carry that sense of difference, and to move through spaces that weren’t built with you in mind.

In my teens, I discovered the arts – a space where creativity felt expansive and liberating. That path led me to a career working with inspiring artists, renowned galleries, and public art projects.

But alongside creativity, inspiration and innovation, I also witnessed the deep-rooted inequalities that hold so many back – especially those who’ve experienced marginalisation. I saw how these barriers fuel self-doubt, silence voices, and wear down confidence over time.

After navigating my own mental health struggles and eventually reaching burnout, I began a deeper journey into healing and growth – one that led me to train in coaching and therapy.

Now I work as a therapeutic coach, supporting people who’ve internalised the message that they’re not enough or that they need to shrink themselves to fit in – especially people who feel like they don’t belong. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, imposter syndrome, fear of speaking up, or just feeling stuck and unseen — you don’t have to go it alone.

Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner strength and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My Values

Authenticity – I honour each person’s unique voice and story, creating a space where you can show up just as you are, free from judgment or expectation.

Empowerment – I’m here to help you reclaim your power, own your narrative, and move forward with confidence. My goal is to strengthen your belief in your own potential and unique gifts.

Inclusivity – I value the diversity of backgrounds and experiences, and my work centres those who often feel marginalised or underrepresented. Inclusivity is at the heart of everything I do.

Equity – My approach is built on a commitment to justice, aiming to break down barriers and create opportunities for all.

Compassion – I believe in meeting you where you are with kindness and genuine care. My aim is to foster a space where you feel truly heard, valued, and understood.

Purpose – My mission is to help you align with your true purpose, so you can live a life and pursue a career that feels deeply meaningful and fulfilling.

"My greatest wish is that you recognise the brilliance that I know lies within you. That you understand that the weight you've been carrying isn't yours to bear. It's time to let it go."

Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP)

Certified Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner – The Quest Institute at Regent’s University, London.

NLP is a therapeutic approach that explores the connection between how we think (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic), and our behaviors (programming).

By understanding and changing these patterns, NLP helps you break free from limiting beliefs and adopt new, more empowering ways of thinking and acting.

Sociology

Culture and Society MSc – The London School of Economics and Social Sciences.

My MSc research focussed on social inequalities in culture and society, examining how society systematically disempowers those from marginalised and underrepresented backgrounds, conditioning them to feel ‘not good enough’. Such feelings are not reflective of personal failings but the result of a system designed to keep many from realising their full potential.
